Our Clients
We observe complete client confidentiality and never divulge the names of our clients.  Ever.  Under any circumstances.  Part of what we have to sell is that our clients know we won't talk about them and we take this to such lengths that our researchers don't usually know who it is they are collecting information for.  What we can say is that our clients are not looking for a cheap additional source of information, because cheap is something we aren't - though we are very good value. 

Typically, people use us for one of two reasons: to outsource a specific marketing or other intelligence need that would otherwise require internal resources costing as much or more without providing the highly customised service and quality of end product that are our trademark; or to obtain intelligence not available to them through other channels.

The four case studies shown here will give a good indication of the sort of thing we do and the sort of people we do it for. In these studies, PDI means Public Domain Intelligence and NPDI Non-Public Domain Intelligence - that is, information which is not readily available and for which we must devise special search techniques.
