Are you the kind of person who would thrive at CBA Research?  Our people aren't clones, but they do have some things in common.  One is their ability to fade into the background while working.  In their spare time, they may be into flash gear and smart cars, but at work it's family saloons and unexceptional clothes.  We like it that way and so do they.  Also, CBA Research people are self-reliant, independent and competitive - to join us you'll have to be a good team player, but a team player who says, 'Show me you're qualified to lead.' 

The ability to keep a confidence is paramount.  Before approaching us you should know that you'll be expected to place above the eightieth percentile in a stiff verbal reasoning test when compared against the highest norm group the testers provide.  For some positions, a similar performance in numeric reasoning will be required.
